General Information :

• Trek name       -  Dudhsagar waterfall trek.
• Trek location   - Kulem village, Goa (40 Km from Madgoan)
• Trip charge      - Rs.6700 /Person
• Transportation - From and to Bangalore 
• Vehicle type    -  Non Ac 21 seater minibus /14 seater Tempo traveller 
• Trip Date        - sep 19-22 (3 Night 2 days)
• Trek Distance  -  18 km (both up and down)
• Trek  category    -  Easy level
• Food                -  5/7 times will be provided (except 2 dinner)
• Places will cover - Doodhsagar trek, Dandeli 
• Group size           - 22/14 per trip  
• Staying option -     3 sharing room stay in jungle book resort 

Eco-friendly trek and alcohol is not allowed 

Tentative Itinerary schedule :

Day 1 (Thursday)

• 4:00 Pm  - Pick up from Majestic (near Santhala silk)
• 4:30 Pm - Pick up from Yeshwantpur metro & start the journey towards Kulem Village
• 8:30 Pm   -  Dinner on the way to kulem (self-sponsored)and start overnight journey 

Day 2 (Friday)

• 6:00 Am  -  Reach Jungle Book Resort, Kulem Village  and room allocation 
• 7:30 AM -   Refreshing and Breakfast * 
• 9:00 Am -  Strat trekking to the base of Dudhsagar water falls 
• 12:30 Pm - reach the base of the waterfalls and have packed lunch* 
• 1:30 Pm  - Starts return trek to the resort 
• 5:30 Pm - Reach the resort , refreshments, chill inside  the resort  
• 7:30 Pm - Dinner *
•  8:30 Pm -Fun Games and Campfire 
• 10:00 Pm-  sleep

Day 3 (Saturday)

• 6:00 AM - wake up and have a dip in the Dudhsagar River which will run near our resort
• 7:30 Am - Breakfast* and getting ready to wind up from the resort
• 8:30Am - sharply we will move from the resort to dandeli 
• 11:30AM -Reach Dandeli home stay .
• 12:30 Pm - Lunch* in dandeli 
• 1:30 PM -  water sports activities included in package ( kayaking ,boating,swimming )*
• 4:30 Pm - return journey to Bangalore 
• 8:00Pm  -  dinner on the way (self-sponsored),
• 9:30 Pm - starts return overnight journey to Bangalore 

Day 4 (Sunday)

• 5:00AM - Reach Bangalore Yeshwanthpur metro
• 5:30 AM - Reach Majestic 
• start off the journey to your respective home destination and have rest to the normal routine from the next day.

Exclusion :

• Thursday dinner and  Saturday  Dinner not included.
• Extra distance travel for pick up and drop than the designated place.
•  Foods , Snacks and refreshments buying outside during travelling
• Special charges for camera , drone or any material if specified .
• Any own requirement which met with additional cost.
• Other activities  other than kayaking,boating , swimming not included.
• Other than what we mentioned is not included.

Things to carry:

• Fresh 3 pairs of t shirts and tracks & 2 pairs of normal casual dress .
• Grip shoes for trek (Highly recommended )
• 3 lit small bag - water proofed (Highly recommended) - to carry packed lunch and water bottle during trek .
• Non plastic Water bottle (minimum bottle with  2 lit capacity during trek) (Highly recommended)
• Raincoat (highly recommended )
• Toiletries
• Torch with new batteries (optional)
• Energy foods (chocolate bars, electrolytes, glucose ) will be better to carry during the long walk trek.. kept every thing in tupper ware .
• Power banks
• Slippers
• Suns cream (optional)

Note:- Don't carry single use plastic (for eg: Chocolates covers, snacks cover ,plastic Water bottles etc ) items during the trek. There will be a thorough checking in the check post and if found, There will be a penalty.

Booking Procedure :

A slot can be booked by paying the half  amount of the trip. Remaining  can be paid 2 day before the trip starts .If payment is made Online screenshot is necessary to send to the number we have provided in the trip poster.

Cancellation policies :

Cancelling in between 2 days before the trip starts (48hrs) - no refund.

Cancelling in between 4th day and to 2nd day before the trip starts- 25% will be refunded.

Cancelling between 7th day and 4th day before the trip starts - 80% refund

Carry forward the cancelled trip amount can be considered for the next trip.

All the itineraries and schedules is subject to outer circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, and any government restrictions on the spot or during the travel, in such cases management has the all rights to call off or change the itinerary if possible
