Marayoor is located 40 km ahead of Munnar from western and northwest side of tamilnadu, can be called as gateway of Munnar and present charmingly closer to the chinnar wild life reserve forest. It surrounded with many tribal village , water falls which makes it unique for the people to explore. We ,TTC .makes this trek and trip more memorable by staying closer to the pambar water stream and water fall amidst the lush green and areca palm tree in the forest .

* Trek Name - Thoovanam water falls trek (6km) and pambar water stream to view point (2 km).
* Trip Charge - Rs.4200 / person
* Trip Category - Easy level trek
* Trip age criteria -Anyone can participate from kids 5 yrs above to senior citizens who can walk better
* Staying option - Tent stay 2/3 sharing basis , (mud house stay and A frame cabin stay at additional cost )
* Group size - 14 /22 People per trip
* Transport vehicle- 21 seater mini non-AC bus / 14 seater tempo traveller from dindugl.
Itinerary:
Tentative schedule :
Day 1
* 5:20 AM - Pick up from Dindigul Railway station.
* 5:30 AM - Pick up from the Dindigul Bus stand.
* 5:40 AM - Pick up from Palani Bypass Road and depart marayoor
* 7:00AM- Breakfast*
* 9:30 Am - Reach Alampetty forest office ,register the form to thoovanam water fall guided trek
* 11:30 PM - Reach thoovanam waterfall base after 3 km into the chinnar wild life sanctuary .
* 2:00 PM - Reach forest office.
* 2:30 PM - lunch*
* 3:15 PM - Reach the campsite office & trek down to a kilometer with scenic view to campsite .
* 4:30 PM - After Tent allocation and refreshment.
* 5:00 PM - chilling at the pambar water stream and private water fall ,
*8:00 PM - Dinner *
* 9:30 PM - fun gathering and Campfire depending on rain.
* 10:30PM- Sleep well in the tent while listening to the sound of water stream .
Day 2
* 5:30 AM - wake up and refreshment
* 6:30 AM - small hike through pamabar water stream to scenic view.
* 8:00AM - Reach the campsite and Breakfast *
* 9:00AM - visiting irachilpara waterfalls through tribal settlement called pongampally.
* 9:30 Am - heading 14 km to lakkom waterfalls falls.
* 10:30 AM- heading to campsite and chill near the falls until gets bored .
* 1:00 PM - lunch in the campsite *
* 2:00 pm - leaving campsite through jeep via murugan para hill view point .
* 03:00PM- leaving to dindugul
* 8:00PM - dinner ( not included in the package)

Things to carry:
Fresh pairs of clothes for 2 days (Preferable one pair tracks and t-shirts for water activities ). Wrap your dress with plastic cover before placed inside the bag .

Booking Procedure :
A slot can be booked by paying the total amount of the trip. If payment is made Online screenshot is necessary to send to the number we have shared u or at@travel_thirst_community.
Cancellation policies :
Cancelling in between 2 days before the trip starts (48hrs) - no refund.
Cancelling in between 4th day and to 2nd day before the trip starts- 25% will be refunded.
Cancelling between 7th day and 4th day before the trip starts - 80% refund
All the itineraries and schedules is subject to outer circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, and any government restrictions on the spot or during the travel, in such cases management has the all rights to call off or change the itinerary if possible.
